Beginners and experienced meditators welcome
In these extraordinary times, equip yourself with a new practice to build your resilience. In this introductory course you will experience different types of meditation and be guided on how to establish, or deepen, your own meditation practice.
The course will run on 23 March, 30 March and 6 April 2020
Monday evenings 6.00-6.45 pm
If you are unable to make all three sessions, you can join on a drop-in basis.
If you have been struggling to meditate on your own, you will notice how much easier it becomes when sitting with a group.

This course is suitable for beginners and for experienced meditators wanting to refresh their practice or to meditate with a group. If you have already taken this course, or my silent retreat, or are just looking for a group to meditate with regularly, I also run a monthly meditation group. Contact me for details.
