Beginners and experienced meditators welcome
In this introductory 4-week course you will experience different types of meditation and be guided on how to establish, or deepen, your own meditation practice.

This is not a drop-in class, it is a course of 4 sessions.
If you have been struggling to meditate on your own, you will notice how much easier it becomes when sitting with a group.

This course is suitable for beginners and for experienced meditators wanting to refresh their practice or to meditate with a group. If you have already taken this course, or my silent retreat, or are just looking for a group to meditate with regularly, I also run a monthly meditation group. Contact me for details.
